Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
Refund Process: The refund amount will be credited to the customer's account within 3-5 business days after the product is received by the shipping company.
Orders Paid via Tamara or Tabby: Refunds for these orders will be processed directly through those platforms.
Non-Returnable Products: Ainnen samples and orders from outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for returns.
Cash on Delivery Service Fee: This is a paid service, and if the item is returned, the COD service fee will be deducted.
Multi-Product Offers: Partial returns are not allowed.
Opened Perfumes: Opened perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange. Please test the fragrance using the included sample only.
